Bio
Teri Evans joined Entrepreneur.com as deputy editor in November 2010. Previously, she worked as a freelance journalist across media platforms, including national magazines and newspapers, broadcast news and online media. This website is a sampling of her portfolio. She has been published on topics ranging from small business trends to women's lifestyle interests, including beauty, fashion, dating, and health/fitness. She also is an AFAA-certified personal training instructor.
Prior to her print and online media experience, Teri spent several years in major-market television news serving in various capacities, from news writer to on-air reporter.
As an idea generator and passionate storyteller, Teri has a consistent record of achievement and has earned awards in both print and broadcast journalism. She is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) and holds a master's degree from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.
Teri is based in New York City.
